Financial Aid Forms

Welcome to Boca Beauty Academy Financial Aid Online Process. The following steps are meant to guide you through the application process.

Complete the free application for federal student aid (FAFSA) at https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa.
The federal school code for Boca Beauty Academy is 04217800. We highly recommend using the IRS Data Retrieval Tool to complete your FAFSA. The IRS Data Retrieval Tool allows students and parents to access the IRS tax return information needed to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), and transfer the data directly into their FAFSA from the IRS Web site. Once the FAFSA is processed by the federal government, you should receive a Student Aid Report (SAR). You should review the SAR to determine if the Boca Beauty Academy Financial Aid Office will require additional documents. The SAR should also be reviewed to ensure the accuracy of the data submitted. You should contact the Boca Beauty Academy Financial Aid Office immediately if there are any inaccuracies.
